Concerns #2

 

It  is the starting of the quarter 3, 2011. I was really pleased to see my grades since I had almost the highest possible grades that I could have. After 3 months, I know that my grades will change, but as of now, I am highly pleased with my grades. Again, I mentioned about my concern for exercise in the pervious blog post which I am hoping for getting some more this quarter. Quarter 3 is really important for me because how I perform in pre calculus class determines my eligibility to get into Ap Calculus. The whole point of working hard in math was to get into Ap Calculus. As of now, I have a 99.4% for Precalculus, but I know that it will change so I am going to work harder everyday. I haven’t received my test score yet, but I guess my first test score basically determines what I grade I get for the end of the quarter, or semester even. I know this because I got a horrible grade in first test last semester which made it hard for me to raise it up. I guess my biggest concern right now is exercising, second is academics, and third… hmm preparing for Math 2c… As of now everything seems a bit stressing, but I’ll try to go through it

Biggest Concern: Exercising

In my mind, the biggest concern I have now is exercising. I am currently taking P.E., Cross country club, and weightlifting club to exercise. Thing is that I am gaining weight, I am not getting enough exercising. After the cross country season was over, I had a period of time where I just thought I could start exercising whenever I want, so I just ate a lot of food. The biggest mistake I made was to eat at night. Eating at nighttime really fattened me up and eventually set up a basis for me to gain weight. I even formed a bad habit. After I gained weight, I got this tendency to touch my stomach to see if I have this blubber or not and I tend to pinch on it to burn it. I am getting some exercising, but not enough. When the soccer season starts which is starting today, I had a plan to just start my exercising plan. One thing that really gets in my way of exercising is probably hagwon. After hagwon, I get the feeling of tiredness and just fall asleep. I realized that this is a routine for people who are overweight, and I am becoming one of the overweight people. To prevent myself from gaining weight, I am going to start exercising and even increase my running speed. This is my plan for this year.
